The drugs, sold by AstraZeneca, were pulled from the Canadian market in 2013 after they were identified as having potential for gastrointestinal toxicity.
The products are called Augmentin, and the drug's label says they are not recommended for use in children.
In addition to its two products, the drug maker has also been found to have been selling other drugs in its retail stores without a prescription, according to the Canadian Competition and Consumer Commission (CCCC).
The drugs are sold under brand names including,,,, and.
The CCC has not commented on the actions taken by the drug companies.
The products were pulled from the Canadian market in 2013 because they were found to contain high levels of ibuprofen and were associated with an increased risk of gastrointestinal side effects.
The CCC has not said whether it will issue a warning for the products.
The drug companies, which include AstraZeneca and Bristol-Myers Squibb, have also been ordered to stop selling the products, and to take legal action if a drug company has not pulled it from the market.
